Transport of the purchased products
The products we sell,
generally, are in our shop. This allows us to prepare a delivery within 24
hours only.
If your order will exceed
our stocks and we wouldn’t be able to supply us with the goods within 24 hours,
we will inform you. So you can choose to accept new delivery times, choose
other products or give up the purchasing.

will be at your home as quick as we prepare it, we applied to someone who can

Deliveries will be done by UPS
within 48 hours (72 for some southern regions and for the islands). For orders
that reach 150,00 Euro, the transport is free.
For lower amount, we ask for a contribution of 12,00 euro.
If you think it will be
difficult for us to find you at home, you can choose a different address where
we can deliver the parcel. Or you can tell us the delivery time you prefer,
according to the carriers' working time. In this case, you can use the proper
spaces in the order form.
Deliveries
to Europe and the entire World
Thanks to MBE, we can
guarantee prompt deliveries also out of
Carriage will be
automatically calculated on weight of parcel and destination country. If you
indicate the destination country immediately, you will know the carriage while
filling in your basket.
We are not able to predict
customs duties for shippings outside EEC. If required
by destination customs, them will be charged to
recipient.
Due to law constraints, not
to our will, we cannot deliver some of our products in some foreign countries,
at the moment.
Packing
of the carried products
The
choice of packing demanded remarkable efforts, as we wanted to reach two
important goals.
First, we wanted to be sure that bottles and glass jars would arrive to your
house in perfect conditions. Second, we didn’t want our packing staying with
you and your successor ones, for thousands of years, in some rubbish dump.
In short, we only use reliable
and ecological packing.
All the material that we
use is completely recyclable and biodegradable.
Words such as polystyrene, pluriball, nylon, etc. are
not in our dictionary. We know exclusively PAPER and CARDBOARD.
Naturally, we invite you to assign to the recycling all the material you don’t
need anymore, so that the old packing can be used again to produce new ones
with the least impact on our environment.
